Evaluation criteria of the “Women’s Fit Model” category in the UFBF federation

1st Round

  1. Each participant is called out to the stage individually, in the order of numbers, and has a maximum of 30 seconds to perform the defile.
  2. The defile consists of the following: the athlete must go to the center of the stage, stop and make a front position.
  3. A quarter turn right (left side facing the judges).
  4. A quarter turn right (back to the judges). The hair should be dropped from the shoulders.
  5. A quarter turn right (right side facing the judges).
  6. A quarter turn right, facing the judges. Go to the diagonal line on each side of the stage.

NOTE: obscene actions by an athlete are prohibited.

2nd Round

  1. The Chief Judge calls the numbers of the participants for their required comparison, where the selected participants are compared with each other. The Chief Judge of the tournament determines the number and placement of participants on the stage.
  2. Participants will be compared in a one-piece swimsuit, high-heels (proper platform thickness – up to 1 cm, recommended heel height – 10 cm).
  3. Judges will be able to compare participants with each other in frontal, back, and side positions, while in the back position, the hair is removed from the back.
  4. The category’s leaders are determined by the sum of points in the defile and the required program.

3rd Round

  1. Presentation of an athlete in an evening dress. Each participant is called to the stage individually, in the order of numbers, and has a maximum of 30 seconds to perform the presentation.
  2. The presentation consists of the following: the athlete must go to the center of the stage, stop and make a front position.
  3. The participant makes a turn to the right, performs three steps, stops, and makes first the front, then the back position; in the back position, the hair is removed from the back.
  4. After that, the participant again makes a turn to the right, performs six steps, and again makes a front and back position.
  5. Then go to the diagonal line on each side of the stage.

NOTE: obscene actions by an athlete are prohibited.

4th Round

  1. The Chief Judge calls the numbers of the participants for their required comparison, where the selected participants are compared with each other. The Chief Judge of the tournament determines the number and placement of participants on the stage.
  2. Participants will be evaluated in an evening dress, heels (proper platform thickness – up to 1 cm, recommended heel height – 10 cm), in the front position.
  3. A quarter turn right (left side facing the judges).
  4. A quarter turn right (back to the judges). The hair should be dropped from the shoulders.
  5. A quarter turn right (right side facing the judges).
  6. A quarter turn right, facing the judges.
  7. In this round, the judges evaluate the athlete’s appearance, the dress, including charisma, hairstyle, make-up, and the participant’s ability to demonstrate their best sides in motion properly.
  8. Category winner is determined by the sum of points in all rounds.

Requirements for the appearance of athletes:

  1. Requirements for swimwear: one-piece tight-fitting swimsuit. Color, fabric, texture, decor, and style of swimsuit is the choice of the participant. The swimsuit should cover at least a third of the buttocks and lower back.
  2. Requirements for evening dresses: evening dress should be floor length. The dress should cover the lower half of the back. Sophistication matters! All participants are allowed to wear an evening dress of their choice. The incision in the dress should begin at the site of attachment of the quadriceps of the thigh. Corsets are strictly forbidden.
  3. Requirements for jewelry: jewelry can be worn at the choice of the participant.
  4. Permissible thickness of a platform of shoes on high heels – up to 1 cm, the maximum height of a heel – 10 cm.
  5. Make-up requirements: “restrained and fresh” so that the judges could assess the athlete’s appearance.
  6. The athlete’s number should always be securely attached to the left side of the swimsuit or dress.
  7. The use of props is strictly prohibited (glasses, wigs, etc.).
  8. It is forbidden to apply additional tanning products on competitive tanning (oils, moisturizers, skin creams, sunscreens, and similar products).

Current categories in the UFBF federation:

  • Women’s fit model – juniors ( till the 24 y.o);
  • Women’s fit model – 30 y.o and older;
  • Women’s fit model – up to and including 165 cm;
  • Women’s fit model – over 165 cm and up to and including 170 cm;
  • Women’s fit model – over 170 cm.
