FEDERATION ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Since the foundation, the Ukrainian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness UFBF cooperates with the Ukrainian Union of Veterans, and directly participates in the psychological and physical rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers;
  • The Federation launched the best professional training school for trainers in Ukraine, “UFBF Professional Fitness School”,and provides comprehensive education strategies in fitness.
  • Professional posing training in women’s categories provides an opportunity to acquire unique skills and knowledge of graceful expression of physical form. This course helps to the female athletes prepare for impressive performances on stage.
  • “UFBF Professional Fitness School” has a specialized focus on training rehabilitation trainers so that they can work with clients who have health abnormalities.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical skills to provide effective training aimed at improving physical condition and quality of life from qualified teachers;
  • The UFBF championships are the largest, and the stage is the best in Ukraine, an amazing arena for real champions where dreams become reality;
  • UFBF has its own production of trophies for athletes and teams;
  • More than 1,000 athletes have a personal card of the federation;
  • UFBF is the only federation in Ukraine, which during the war held three CHARITABLE CHAMPIONSHIPS OF UKRAINE at a high level in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and continues charitable activities in the direction of helping soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
  • UFBF sets world records!
  • During the first open Charitable Championship, the athlete of the federation distinguished himself with a historic achievement, squatting 534 times with a barbell weighing 80 kg in 1 hour, setting a world record. The achievement was registered in the National Register of Records of Ukraine.
